Our story
Aurelle began with a simple wish: a light, unhurried place where women could grow stronger without ever feeling rushed, judged or overwhelmed.

Philosophy
Pilates is not about punishing workouts or perfect bodies. It’s about precision, breath and attention — the slow, deliberate work that rebuilds posture, protects your back and helps you feel at home in your body again.
Our teaching blends classical principles with modern movement science, so every session feels both grounded and fresh. We keep groups small, the room calm and the pace human, because real change happens when you feel safe enough to slow down.
01
Strength
Deep, supportive strength from the inside out — the kind you feel when you carry, lift and stand.
02
Posture
Long spines and open shoulders, undoing the habits of desks, phones and busy days.
03
Balance
Stability and coordination that keep you steady, confident and graceful as you move.
04
Mindful movement
Breath-led practice that calms the nervous system and brings you fully into the present.

A note from our founder
After a decade teaching in London and Paris, Claire built Aurelle around the details she always wished for: small classes, warm light, thoughtful instructors and time to breathe between it all.
