Information you share with us through forms — your name, email, phone number and message — plus booking details and basic, anonymous usage statistics that help us improve the site.

To reply to your messages, manage bookings and memberships, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and keep our studio running smoothly. We never sell your data.
04 · How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Member records are kept for as long as your membership is active, and up to 3 years afterwards for legal and accounting reasons.
05 · Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and unsubscribe from emails with one click. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
